ASSESSMENT CENTER

The Rio Hondo Assessment Center offers mandatory test for enrollment in Math, English, Reading, and ENLA. All placement testing is by appointment only. WALK-IN TESTING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. You can schedule an Assessment Test appointment by:

1. Click here for making an appointment ( Make sure that you click on Day of week All, Start time 8:30 am, and End time 5:00 pm)

2. In person in the LRC 141 (Mon-Thu 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 3 p.m.)
 

What to Bring

1. Your Rio Hondo Student ID Number: 00X-XX-XXXX

2. A Photo ID (Driver’s License, Rio Hondo College ID, High School ID, etc.)

3. A completed and self-graded Math pre-test. Click here for more information.

4. You need to buy a parking permit if you do not want to get a ticket. It can be purchased for $3.00 (cash only - exact cash preferred) at the Parking Information Booth located on College Drive (Coming up on the left side) Lot 2.

   Time Frame Validation
   * English and Reading test are good for 2 years.
   * Math test is good for 1 year.
