Procedure for Requesting a
Transcript:
To print a transcript request form, click on the
link below to view it in the browser and print it. Please fill out the
form completely. Include the address you want the transcripts mailed to. Be sure to sign the form and mail to:

The form is in Adobe PDF format. If you do not have
software that will view the file, it will ask you to download it, rather
than view in the browser. If it attempts to download, first download
and install the free Adobe Reader software.
Rio Hondo College no longer will accept "hand carried"
transcripts. Transcripts must be received directly from the
issuing institution. All transcripts received other than by mail
are considered "unofficial".
The Free Acrobat Reader®
software is required to view and print the Transcript Request
Form.
