No conversation is permitted in the workshop. Students are expected to be actively engaged in writing assignments related to their English courses.

Please clean up your work area before leaving the workshop; leave the computers on, push in your chair, and dispose of your trash.

You may use the Internet only for English assignments. Please show the workshop instructor your assignment sheet before using the Internet. Please be advised that students must abide by the Writing Workshop Internet Usage Policy: no email or chat rooms or internet games are allowed. The Usage Policy is available in the workshop.

Students may not move or dismantle computer hardware or software. Do not change any of the computer settings. Please ask for assistance; do not attempt to solve any computer or printer problems on your own. Students are not permitted to access the computers for any purpose other than writing and related activities.

Students are not permitted to log other students in or out of the attendance computer. Log only yourself in and out. Students are also not permitted to log in and work over in the Learning Assistance Center.

Please leave your cell phones and pagers off.
