Facilities Services has the primary
responsibility of providing quality service for
event organizers. We identify appropriate
facilities and critical services for events and serve
as a guide for you in the process of coordinating a
successful event on campus.
Rio Hondo facilities are perfect for the
production of plays, concerts, graduation home coming,
athletic events and competitions.
All applications for the use of school facilities
and premises
shall be made on official forms
provided by the college facilities scheduler.
Facilities
The use of all College facilities and premises by
outside organizations must conform to standards
established for the use by the College to control
safety conduct and to safeguard College and private
property. Cost of personnel and equipment
required must be borne by the organization using the
facilities.
