Rio Hondo student and GO RIO user Xian Ling Liao claims her GO RIO I-POD prize from Government & Community Relations Director Russell Castaneda Calleros.   Her name was picked from a pool of GO RIO students who completed the Spring 2008 GO RIO Survey.
