Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. With Acrobat Reader, you can also fill in and submit Adobe PDF forms online. And now Acrobat Reader for mobile devices lets you view Adobe PDF files on the go.

By downloading software from the Adobe Web site you agree to the terms of our license agreement. Please read it before downloading. You will receive the most recent version of Acrobat Reader that is available for your language and platform.

To download Acrobat Reader for personal use, follow the steps below. To download Acrobat Reader for distribution purposes, you must complete a registration form.

Note: Acrobat Reader for Palm OS® is presently available for Windows only. Support for Mac OS is coming in a future release. Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC is available for Windows only.

Acrobat Reader 5.0 for Macintosh uses a small Web-based installer that allows you to select the components you wish to download. The size of the components is indicated in the Web-based installer.
