Computer Technicians

• The Technicians of Information and Technology Services is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computers, telecommunications, network and telephone equipment on campus.

• They will routinely be out in the field troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing computer equipment and various peripherals such as printers and scanners.

• Will make adjustments and repairs when required to maintain a properly working computer system.

• Also in charge of troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the campus phone system and voicemail system. 

• They are in charge of every new computer equipment purchased and recommends computer, telecommunication, or phone equipment as needed.
