Free water classes for professionals
In an effort to promote water conservation, the
Water Replenishment District of Southern California
will sponsor free classes next month aimed at
professional gardeners and maintenance workers.
The classes, aimed at training ecofriendly
gardeners, will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on June 20,
June 22, June 27 and June 29 at Rio Hondo College in
Whittier.
The classes will be offered in Spanish and English.
