Articulation Process For High/Adult Schools/ROP Programs

ARTICULATION PROCEDURES FOR HIGH SCHOOL/ADULT SCHOOL/ROP PROGRAMS

2. The instructor will direct the student to complete Part 1 of the ARTICULATION COMPLETION FORM.

3. The instructor will complete and verify part 2 of the ARTICULATION COMPLETION FORM.

4. The Instructor may select to proceed with one of the following:

-Collect and return the ARTICULATION COMPLETION FORM to your contact person (may be a counselor, instructor, or administrator liaison with the Tech Prep program) and have that individual return the completed forms to the Tech Prep office at the end of each semester.

-Collect and return the ARTICULATION COMPLETION FORM and return the completed forms to the Tech Prep office at the end of each semester.
