  To identify these skills, meet with a career counselor who can recommend assessments and activities.
• Explore career paths that are different from or related to your present occupation.
  Career changers are often surprised to learn that they don’t have to switch careers totally. There are many career paths within different fields.

• Instructors are great resources for adult students
  Instructors have lots of real-world experience and many work closely with employers. They can be good contacts for you.
• Participate in Career Quest.
  Career Quest is a short-term flexible program of activities that can help you sharpen job search skills in networking, resume writing and interviewing. Find out more about it in the Career Development Center.
• Sharpen your resume and interviewing skills.
  The Career Development Center offers resources and workshops that provide tips and assistance with resume writing and interviewing. Career counselors are also available to work with you individually to review and update resumes and to conduct mock interviews.
• Review job and internship listings
  The Career Development Center receives job and internship listings on a daily basis. Feel free to come in anytime during our hours of operation to review them.
