Eligibility is determined by the current regulations of the State Department of Education.  Admission to the center is as follows:
 

• An open enrollment for the Fall semester takes place in July; Summer session applications are accepted in May and Spring Semester applications in December.
• Applications are ranked according to financial need.  Parents must be employed or in vocational or education training.
• Families must meet current gross monthly income criteria.
• First priority will be given to families on AFDC, SSI and low income Rio Hondo College students.

Families ineligible for subsidy will pay a child care tuition fee at a rate set by State Department of Education.
