Loan Information
Rio Hondo
College participates in the Federal Family Education Loan
Program (FFELP), offering both subsidized and unsubsidized
Stafford loans to our students. Unlike, grants and
scholarships, a student loan must be repaid with interest and
should be requested only after you have exhausted al other
resources of financial assistance.
The Federal
Student Loan Program has annual and lifetime aggregate borrowing
limits for your undergraduate study. Borrowing too much too
early in your education career can limit your borrowing when you
transfer to or attend a 4 year institution.
