§         Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen;

§         Be a California resident for BOGW;

§         Have a valid Social Security Number;

§         Be registered with Selective Service;

§         Have a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate or pass the Career Placement Assessment Test;

§         Be enrolled as a regular student working toward a degree, certificate or transfer program;

§         Not be in default or owe a repayment on a federal educational loan or grant;

§         Not have had eligibility suspended or terminated due to a drug-related conviction;

§         Be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as define by Rio Hondo College Financial Aid Policy.
