Instructor Dr. Jia teaches fulltime at Cal Poly Pomona.  Here is a link to Xudong's Home Page at CSUP.  Dr. Jia has a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering and Planning in 1996

Dr. Jia teaches the VB & Database Management for GIS (GIS 280) and has a long history of GIS use.
