Message From The Dean,
Dean's Welcome:
Welcome to the Rio Hondo College Business and
Applied Technology Division website. Our goal is to
provide accessible, quality learning opportunities
in the practices, tools, skills and technologies of
business and industry.
Our faculty sees our students as their first
priority. We strive to meet your needs with courses
that are convenient, relevant, realistic, and
professionally designed and delivered in classrooms
and labs that are state-of-the-art. Courses are
offered during the day, night, weekends, on-line,
and at off-site locations. It is our intent to
create a learning atmosphere that stimulates
creativity, productivity and excellence.
We maintain strong ties with business and industry
to ensure our professional knowledge is up-to-date
and our courses reflect the "real world" of business
and industry.
Our enthusiastic instructors teach from both their
academic preparation as well as their extensive
professional experience.
Whether you are seeking job skills to enter the work
force, change careers, or to transfer to a four-year
institution, you will be well equipped after
studying at Rio Hondo College.
