This is an intense program that will have you ready to hit the
ground running. In the first year of the program you will be
introduced to the world of International Business including four
courses from Introduction to International Business Management 140
to Management 141, 142. Then, you will complete the remaining
courses Management 143,144 required to obtain a certificate of
achievement. The final course of this program MGMT 290 consists of
1-4 units of a domestic or international business work experience with an
organization involved with international business in the community.
All along you'll have the full support of our industry-experienced
faculty.
The majority of our graduates have jobs after graduation. Employers
appreciate how students of this program are obtained ready to go to
work with very little ramp-up time. Many students will be hired from
their internship. Potential employers includes: international
trading companies, businesses buying from and selling to foreign
countries, government agencies, consultants, freight forwarders,
shipping lines and customs brokers. You may also start your own
business or develop an existing business into a global competitor.
