Dear College Community,

The Information Technology Department will be performing maintenance on internal IT systems.  

The maintenance schedule dates are:  

Start Date: Friday, March 14, 2025 Start Time: 9:00 PM  

End Date: Saturday, March 15, 2025 End Time: 7:00 AM 

During this period, both the AccessRio portal and the Banner system will be temporarily unavailable as we perform essential maintenance tasks. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption to your workflow. 

Note: All other systems such as Canvas, eSARS Appointment, and the college website are not impacted by this maintenance schedule.

We will make every effort to complete the maintenance as quickly as possible and restore access to the AccessRio portal and Banner system promptly. However, should any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will keep you informed about any changes or updates regarding the maintenance schedule.
