The District is returning to fully in-person meetings following the end of Governor Newsom’s COVID-19 State of Emergency\, which was lifted as of March 1\, 2023. Presentation by a member of the public on matters relating to an agenda item or during Open Communication for Public Comment shall be limited to three (3) minutes. Thirty minutes shall be the maximum time allotment for public speakers on any one subject regardless of the number of speakers at any one board meeting as prescribed in Board Policy 2345.Additionally\, under the Brown Act\, the Board cannot discuss or take action on items not listed on the agenda.
