Register for Classes Counseling Orientation Assessment Testing Financial Aid Activate AccessRIO Apply

All students are to register for their classes on AccessRIO. For steps on “How to Register for Classes” please review the Online Orientation found on your AccessRIO portal.

  • After logging in, go to the “Student” tab and then “Add or Drop Classes”.
  • To find classes, click here for the class schedule and course offerings.
  • Be sure to check the “Registration Important Dates” on the website for add/drop dates.
  • Make sure that you have met the prerequisite for the class you want. If you took the prerequisite at your high school bring your sealed official transcripts to the Counseling Center so a counselor can clear you for that class.
  • If classes are full you may be placed on a wait list. Check your RioMail for wait list notifications.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are properly registered in each class and to drop the classes you do not want. It is recommended that you print your schedule each semester as a confirmation.

**High School Students may take no more than seven (7) units or two (2) non-remedial college courses each semester.
