Scheduled Upgrade to Banner System – May 9 @ 9pm to May 10 @ 8am

Dear Río Hondo College Community:

We want to inform you that a scheduled upgrade to the College IT systems will take place beginning Friday, May 9, at 9:00 p.m. through Saturday, May 10, at 8:00 a.m.

During this period, both the AccessRio portal and the Banner system will be temporarily unavailable as we perform essential upgrade tasks. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption to your workflow.

Note: All other systems such as Canvas, eSARS Appointment, and the College website are not impacted by this maintenance schedule.

We will make every effort to complete the upgrade as quickly as possible and restore access to the AccessRio portal and Banner system promptly. However, should any unforeseen circumstances arise, we will keep you informed about any changes or updates regarding the upgrade schedule.
