Spring 2026 – Hours of Operation at Photo ID Window

December 8, 2025 to January 16, 2026

  • Monday through Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

January 20 to January 30, 2026

  • Monday through Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • January 24: 8:00a.m. to Noon

February 2 to May 22, 2026

  • Monday & Tuesday – 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday & Thursday – 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Eligibility

All enrolled students, regardless of the number of units, are eligible for the Spring U-Pass. All students need to be enrolled in at least one unit to remain eligible.

Requirements

First time students using the U-Pass must complete the GO RIO survey on their Access Rio page. Please visit the Photo ID window in Admissions and Records to pick up your U-Pass or call (562) 463-7268.

Your Río Hondo student ID card is the official identification card issued by the College authorized for the purpose of identification and access to campus facilities, services, and activities. The first identification card issued is free for new registered students who have paid their debts.

Students who have lost a GO RÍO U-PASS sticker can request a new sticker at the Photo ID window. The replacement fee is $10.00 plus a $5.00 ID card replacement fee. This can be paid at the Cashier’s window.

You must show a valid California Identification card, Driver’s license, or Government issued ID card, with photo, in order to receive a Río Hondo College ID card or GoRío bus pass.

For newly high school graduates, we will accept a high school ID card.
