Complete the form below to apply for a transportation fee waiver. If your eligibility is verified and the waiver is processed, please note that you will no longer be eligible to receive a bus pass for the semester in which you claimed a fee waiver.

    Examples of acceptable forms of proof of eligibility include the following:

    • For 100% online or continuing education students, a copy or screenshot of your current schedule that shows you are 100% online or 100% continuing education.
    • For veterans or dependents of veterans, documentation of your veteran status or that you are a dependent of a veteran.
    • For police/fire/EMT academy training cadets, proof that you are currently enrolled within one of these academies.
    • For BOGFW students, a screenshot from your financial aid package or student account screen showing that you are currently receiving a BOGFW.
    • For CalWORKs, DREAMers, or HOPE scholars, a screenshot of documentation that you are currently enrolled in the CalWORKs, Undocuscholars, or HOPE scholars program.
    • For Study Abroad students, a screenshot of your current schedule that shows you are studying abroad.

    I am aware of the services provided by the GO RÍO transit fee. I choose to receive a waiver of the $15.00 GO RÍO transit fee. Furthermore, I acknowledge that receipt of this waiver makes me ineligible to receive the GO RÍO pass within the semester I am claiming the waiver.
