| Psychology is,
simply, the study of behavior. The faculty emphasize the
value of developing critical thinking and learning competencies
in order for students to build their knowledge base and reach
their academic goals. The Psychology Department offers the core
undergraduate, transferable courses for the major:
Introduction to Psychology, Research Methods, and Biological
Psychology. Students who wish to further their
understanding of the field may take additional courses that meet
general education requirements. |
