Greetings!!

Welcome to our TRIO homepage.  As you navigate our website I hope that you find valuable information that will assist you in completing your academic endeavors.  Our goal is to help students become accepted into and graduate from a four-year college or university.  To this end, we have provided you with important information such as A-G’s requirements, SAT/ACT information, financial aid and scholarship information, and much, much more.  We are especially proud of our Students Support Service and Upward Bound students so take some time to view the pictures page that highlights our students at various activities.

I am pleased to share with you that we have several activities planned to assist you in making this spring a very successful academic endeavor.  In addition to our advisement and tutoring we will be visiting UC Irvine, UCLA, Cal-State University, Los Angeles as well as attending the play “The Color Purple”.  Our 2^nd Annual End of the Year Celebration will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2008.  Regardless if you are a prospective or continuing student remember to stay focused on your ultimate goal:  College Graduation!  Take time to enjoy your studies and really delve into the material.  Remember, we are here to assist, encourage, and motivate you along the way.  If you have questions or concerns feel free to drop by (no appt. necessary), call ext. 3473, or e-mail me at zfisher@riohondo.edu.
