The Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for the
maintenance of the educational
records at RHC. This include transcripts,
academic records and grade reports. This office
is also responsible for
processing requests for transcripts,
enrollment/degree verifications,
graduation, name changes, address changes,
residency, admission and
registration.

Please note:
Should the average waiting time for students exceed the office closing hours, we
will have to close the line to ensure that the office closes on time. When
this situation arises, we ask the students to come back during regular business
hours.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
Rio Hondo College no longer will accept "hand carried"
transcripts. Transcripts must be received directly from the
issuing institution. All transcripts received other than by mail
are considered "unofficial".
