The Office of Admissions and Records is responsible for the maintenance of the educational records at RHC.  This include transcripts, academic records and grade reports.  This office is also responsible for processing requests for transcripts, enrollment verifications, graduation petitions, name changes, address changes, residency, admission and registration.
