Contract Education is dedicated to working with local businesses and industry to increase their competitiveness and success by providing high-quality employee training. We offer customized training on-campus or at your business in a variety of topics that include: supervision, supervision and leadership, computer skills, English as a second language, Blueprint reading, technical training, environmental safety, team development, TQM, and many more. The Contract Education personnel work closely with managers, internal trainers and employees in customizing courses to meet the specific needs of businesses and scheduling convenient class times. Once we have customized the training material, we then have them reproduced so that each participant has a complete set of materials to be trained.
The mission of Contract Education is to enhance the economic development in South East Los Angeles through designing, developing and implementing customized training for local business and industry. The customized training and consulting services are held on-campus and at the employer’s site and are designed to improve business and individual performances.
