Dear Río Hondo College Community,

The Banner system is currently unavailable due to an unexpected database server infrastructure issue. Our Information Technology Services team is actively working with our infrastructure partners to restore service as quickly as possible.

During this time, access to Banner, Self Service, and related systems may be intermittently unavailable. We will provide an update as soon as service is restored or if additional information becomes available.

Dear Río Hondo College Community,

Due to a water main break, all in-person classes on the main campus are cancelled through noon today. Online classes will continue as scheduled. Our educational centers in El Monte, Pico Rivera, Whittier and Santa Fe Springs are not affected. We are actively working to restore service and will provide updates as available. Staff are to work remotely and remain on standby for additional updates.
