If you’re an authorized user of the Work Order system and are asked for the organization account number, please enter 205191021 and continue following the prompts. How Do I Submit a Work Order?

Work orders and repair requests are made through our online Work Order system. Authorized users, like Division Deans, Managers, or Secretaries, can help you submit a work order if needed.

When Will My Work Order Be Completed?

To check on the status of your work order, your Division Dean, Manager, or Secretary can log into the Work Order system online to track progress or request an update using the work order number.
