Rio Hondo Community College offers an excellent fringe benefits package, including lifetime medical coverage for the eligible employee and one dependent (if qualified at the time of retirement). Retirement is earned through either the Public Employee’s Retirement System, CalPERS (that is also integrated with Social Security) or State Teacher’s Retirement System, CalSTRS.
