TalkNow provides on-demand 24/7 mental and emotional support, health literacy guidance, and crisis management by master-level mental health care professionals.  MedicalNow provides unlimited 24/7 on-demand service for urgent and low-acuity medical care. TimelyCare also offers digital self-care, health coaching, a peer community, success coaching, and a staff guidance line.

For faculty and staff, TimelyCare offers a dedicated phone line to reach their care team for guidance when a student is in distress. Faculty and staff can call 833-4-TIMELY for advice on how to help students and guide them to the right level of support.

Welltrack Connect is HIPAA and VPAT-compliant online referral service to help students locate and connect with a therapist who best fits their mental health needs. How to Find Providers Who Accept Flexible Credits

1. Log in to Welltrack Connect here https://riohondo.welltrack-connect.com.
2. Start with an initial search on the landing page using a keyword and/or location
3. On the results page, locate the “Payment Type” filter at the top left corner
4. Select “Flexible Credits”, then click “Apply”
5. Your results will now show only providers who participate in your school’s Flexible Credits program.

Tip: Want to keep working with the same provider even after you use all your Flexible Credits? Just apply the Flexible Credits filter and then use the Insurance filter to pick your insurance carrier. This way, you can find someone who accepts both.

ESGVCH is a non-profit 501c3 charitable organization operated under a voluntary board of directors to directly aid people experiencing homelessness. ESGVCH believes that we are all called to turn attention beyond themselves to assist those who suffered especially the poor, the hungry, and the homeless. ESGVCH strives to bring hope and restore dignity by: Providing shelter, alleviating hunger, assisting with basic daily needs, assisting to regain housing, raising community awareness, and working collaboratively with others to end hunger and homelessness. 2. The Transitional Housing Program (THP) where ESGVCH leases two rental units where families can stay temporarily enabling them to conserve resources so they can transition back into permanent housing;
3. The Winter Shelter Program (WSP) where night-time shelter is provided for persons with nowhere to go. Up to 200 persons are admitted each night with over 1400 individuals and families sheltered during a winter season;
4. The Health Outreach program provides nurses and licensed dentists to assist clients of the Winter Shelter Program.
