Rio Hondo College celebrated the unveiling of its newest public art installation, “River of Knowledge,” a vibrant 50-by-20-foot mural created by local artist Ian Robertson-Salt, a South Pasadena High School graduate

The Banner system is currently unavailable due to an unexpected database server infrastructure issue. Our Information Technology Services team is actively working with our infrastructure partners to restore service as quickly as possible.

During this time, access to Banner, Self Service, and related systems may be intermittently unavailable. We will provide an update as soon as service is restored or if additional information becomes available.

We are pleased to report that the water main break has been repaired and water service has been fully restored to our main campus. All in-person classes and on-campus activities will resume as scheduled effective Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. We appreciate the Rio team and our partners at the San Gabriel Valley Water Co. for their tremendous work.
