Steps to Get Into Your Canvas Course

Please go to https://riohondo.instructure.com/
Enter your login information
Your Username/Passsword is your AccessRío Username/Password

You can also access Canvas by clicking on the link in the Quick Links dropdown menu or by clicking on the Canvas logo in the footer of the Río Hondo College website.

Notice of Public Hearings

Dear Río Hondo College Community,

The Banner system is currently unavailable due to an unexpected database server infrastructure issue. Our Information Technology Services team is actively working with our infrastructure partners to restore service as quickly as possible.

During this time, access to Banner, Self Service, and related systems may be intermittently unavailable. We will provide an update as soon as service is restored or if additional information becomes available.

Dear Río Hondo College Community,

We are pleased to report that the water main break has been repaired and water service has been fully restored to our main campus. All in-person classes and on-campus activities will resume as scheduled effective Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. We appreciate the Rio team and our partners at the San Gabriel Valley Water Co. for their tremendous work.
