Office hours are posted on faculty members’ doors and listed on their syllabus, which is provided during the first week of class.
  • Hosting public debates and speaking events
  • Public speaking at various events
  • Teaching abroad
  • Judging Forensics speech and debate competitions and showcases

We also have many dedicated adjunct faculty, many of whom have been with the college for decades, while others have gone on to become full-time faculty at other institutions or pursued other meaningful endeavors. For example, former adjunct Steve Rohr presented a TEDx talk on his time coaching and mentoring students at Río Hondo.

The Communications & Languages Division staff are also here to support you. If you have any questions, please call 562-908-3429 or visit in person in room A219.
