All reserve material, whether owned by a faculty member or the Library, is subject to the Fair Use Provisions of Title 17 Section 107 of U.S. Copyright Law.

Circulation Desk staff will not accept duplicate copies of original, copyrighted material. Any loose-leaf pages or video discs must be submitted in a check-out ready binder, folder, or case.
