June 8 to June 13: Overnight Residential Experience at Cal Poly Pomona

June 15 to July 23: College Courses at Río Hondo College

Learning Community Priority

Students who participate in Summer Academy will be prioritized for our Learning Community, a network designed to help men of color succeed through 4-year transfer pathway courses and to excel academically while fostering a sense of community and leadership.

Students in the program must commit to the entire year and take all 6 courses. No exceptions.

Meet with your Río Hondo College counselor to ensure your education plan accommodates these courses and allows your participation. This program is in partnership with the Summer Bridge Program.
