The Planning and Fiscal Council (PFC) is established in accordance with AB 1725, California Education Code, Title V and the RHC AP 3250 to make recommendations to the Superintendent/President regarding the development, planning and budgetary needs of the College.

The Banner system is currently unavailable due to an unexpected database server infrastructure issue. Our Information Technology Services team is actively working with our infrastructure partners to restore service as quickly as possible.
