Remember Dates and Deadlines for Disbursement dates

Fall 2025 dates: October 17, 2025, and November 7, 2025.
The deadline to apply for the October 17, 2025, disbursement is September 19, 2025, by 2:00 PM.
The deadline to submit the Loan Application to receive the 2nd and final Fall disbursement is October 17, 2025, by 2:00 PM.

The online loan workshop for Fall 2025 closes on October 10 at 11:59 PM.

The online loan workshop for Spring 2026 opens on January 24, 2026 and will close for the 25/26 aid year on March 27 at 11:59 PM.

Spring 2026 dates: March 13, 2026, and May 1, 2026.
The deadline to apply for March 13, 2026, disbursement is February 13, 2026, by 2:00 PM.

The last day to submit a Student Loan Application for 2025/2026 is April 3rd, 2026, by 2:00 PM.

Processing time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks after all requested loan documents are
received and your financial aid file has been reviewed and finalized.

Late documents WILL NOT be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
