Attention Roadrunners!
Get ready for CSULA Day at Río Hondo College on Wednesday, October 22, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Lower Quad! This special event offers students the opportunity to learn all about transferring to California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) and connect directly with CSULA advisors, academic departments, and campus programs.
Representatives from Admissions & Records, Guardian Scholars, the University Student Union (Clubs & Orgs), Housing & Residence Life, EOP, and more will be on-site to answer questions and guide you through the transfer process.
Students applying to transfer for Fall 2026 can also take advantage of an on-site admissions opportunity, be evaluated for admission, and submitting your CSULA transfer application by October 22.

National Transfer Student Week at Río Hondo College (Oct. 20-24)
National Transfer Student Week is a nationwide celebration recognizing the achievements and journeys of transfer students. Join us at Río Hondo College on October 20-24th as we celebrate our Roadrunners who are taking the next step toward their educational goals! Throughout the week, the Transfer Center will host a series of workshops, university visits, and special events designed to help students explore transfer pathways, connect with university representatives, and gain valuable tips for a successful transition. Petition for Your ADT
If you are planning to complete your associate degree for transfer this semester, you need to submit your petition to graduate for your degree to be awarded. This is especially important if you have submitted your Cal State application and need to have your ADT verified for admissions.
