SASSFA-Southeast Area Social Services Funding
SASSFA provides a variety of services for job seekers and unemployed persons and youth. This includes employment services and training and job placement. We target youth (summer youth employment and year-round employment services). Also, low-income adult, dislocated workers and veterans. The database is utilized by the 72 Human Resources offices, representing the 112 California Community Colleges. This web site provides a number of services for individuals seeking employment as a faculty, support staff or manager at a California Community College. Currently, there are 1238 open jobs in the CCC Registry. The California Community Colleges is the largest higher education system in the nation. Chrysalis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a pathway to self-sufficiency for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the resources and support needed to find and retain employment.
