ABOUT THE THE PROGRAM
Rio Hondo’s Digital Animation program offers a transfer degree and two new Certificates of Achievement! One Focused on Character Art and One Focused on Environment Art. Our goal is to provide students with the artistic and technical background that will prepare them for the creativity and innovation necessary to succeed in the entertainment arts.
If you can imagine it, and have the drive to create it, then we have the lab for you. Our brand new PC workstations are loaded with POWER and the latest versions of industry standard software. Each machine is attached to a Wacom device that allows you to draw directly on a secondary display or if you prefer on a tablet. Drop by and check us out in the new Library building (LRC) room LR104.
Come check out the animation lab and try out the new PCs, Cintiqs and the latest software packages game developers are using!
